ADMINISTRATION
1) Confidential Secretary

Broad Scope:

  • Provide administrative and confidential secretarial support to the Elders and Oversight (includes official and confidential correspondences and minuting of meetings)
  • Manage appointment schedules, call screenings, and committee meetings
  • Assist in other general and administrative duties required

Essential:

  • At least 5 years of working experience as a Personal Secretary for management level
  • Attentive to details and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English

Desirable:

  • Diploma in Secretarial/Private Secretarial Certificate would be an advantage
  • Mature and organized, with pleasant personality
  • Able to work with minimum supervision

 
LIBRARY
2) Library Assistant

Broad Scope:

  • Assisting with daily duties relating to library materials, preparing books and periodicals for binding, handling periodical subscriptions, checking invoices and preparing payments
  • Maintaining filing and catalogue card systems, data entries, shelving of books, and ensuring proper arrangements of books and library materials
  • Handling weekend counter duties, checking on usability of audio-visual materials and assisting with stock check

Essential:

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in lending services, acquisition and cataloging
  • Good oral and written skills in English and able to communicate information clearly
  • Knowledgeable of cataloging, classification standards and Library Management System
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Able to learn fast and effectively apply policies and guidelines
  • Able to work on Saturdays and Sundays

Desirable:

  • Excellent organisation skills and attentive to details
  • Diploma / Degree in Library Management / Information Management or equivalent

FAMILY LIFE
3) Administrative Secretary (Operations & Events)

Broad Scope:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support in daily operational (e.g. clerical, accounts, office maintenance)
  • Provide administrative and support to the Events/Project Managers, and
  • Assist in other general and administrative duties as required

Essential:

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience
  • Good organizational skills and attentive to details
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc)
  • Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Able to provide services on weekends

Desirable:

  • Diploma in Secretarial/Private Secretarial Certificate would be an advantage
  • Experience in Event management would be an advantage
  • Proficient in English
  • Mature, with pleasant personality
  • Has initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team, and with minimum supervision

PRAYER MINISTRY
4) Administrative Executive (Prayer Movement, Intercessory and Healing Ministry)

Broad Scope:

  • Provide administrative support for the Ministry (prepare slides, leaflets, posters, LCD announcements; writing minutes, follow-up on meetings, etc)
  • Research info/statistics from various media channels and prepare newspaper cuttings for prayer meetings/watches
  • Coordinate with prayer leaders, worship leaders and LCD operators for monthly schedule, and standing in at prayer watches when required; and coordinate prayer mobilisation for 24/7 prayer at Peacehaven
  • Assist with general ministry work when required

Essential:

  • 2-3 years of administrative working experience
  • Attentive to details and have good organisational skills
  • Good oral and written skills in English

Desirable:

  • Mature with pleasant personality
  • Has initiative
  • Able to work with minimum supervision

6) Property Management Assistant Technician

Broad Scope:

  • Assist in maintenance works and monitoring of all M&E equipment (pumps, air-conditioning, exhaust fans, light fittings, water supply, etc)
  • Assist in preventative maintenance and daily inspections
  • Assist in trouble-shoot, repairs and replacement of equipment parts

    Essential:

  • 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent (and above)
  • Good team player

    Desirable:

  • Preferably with industrial training
