SUPPORT GROUP FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

B-HIVE PLAYGROUP
The B-HIVE is a playgroup for children with special needs (ages 2-7) to come together and be given the opportunity to learn within a prepared environment. We provide an early intervention program (EIP) for language, maths, art, music/movement and basic life skills. At the B-HIVE, we also place equal importance in encouraging the parents to learn how to help and work with their children by engaging in selected activities.

S.T.A.N.D. PRODUCTION WORKSHOP
This workshop is an empowerment project consisting of an acronym for
SKILLS, TALENTS, ACCEPTANCE, NEEDS & DESTINY.

GLORY (FGA SOCIAL CLUB)
This is a club for teens and young adults (14 years and above) with learning difficulties for the following purposes:
– To lead them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as we share God’s love with them and teach them from God’s Word.
– To make friends and to participate in normal social activities (games, praise & worship, Bible study, birthday fellowship, craft, outings).
– To reach out to their families.

Help run games, craft, music & movement, drama workshops, etc.
Be “buddies” to assist the children throughout the session
Teach and facilitate in the DESTINY Sunday School
