Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

The production of the NECF 40-Day Fast and Prayer booklets will enter its 25th year in 2025, and we look forward to a joyous celebration with all of you to thank you for your faithful partnership throughout this journey of annual fasting, prayer, and intercession for our nation.

The theme chosen for 2025 is “Walking in the Fear of God.” We believe it is a timely message for both the Church and the nation of Malaysia, especially since the fear of God is rapidly diminishing within the Church. God’s people are distracted and lost in all kinds of worldly fears—except for the fear of God, the One we are called to fear above all, for He has the whole world in His hands.

For this year, the NECF Council is involved to share their thoughts and concerns for the Church regarding the theme “Walking in the Fear of God.” We trust that their daily devotional messages will inspire a sense of awakening in churches and individuals participating in this year’s fasting and prayer for the nation.

We encourage you to mobilize your church to be a house of prayer, during this 40-Day Fast & Prayer season. We have made both hardcopy and e-copy materials available for you to meditate on the heartbeat of God. You can access these materials through our NECF App and various social platforms, including the NECF website, Facebook pages, and YouTube channel.
